Yesterday I received the experience of Kashmiri massage thanks to Olga. The impulse to go into it was the desire to take care of and nourish my inner child, with whom I am sometimes cruel. Kashmiri massage turned out to be much more, and unfolded as a mystical experience.

Today there was a cool group meditation for expanding the financial flow🙌 And it was really cool. We went into the very depth of fears and blocks. Regarding our past session, I began to feel myself much freer in expression, especially as a woman, as if that cap under which I was hiding went away. I began to take more care of myself, to enjoy it, there became more energy. In the body it is lighter, especially in the area of the uterus. Realizations caught up later too, regarding my attitude at that time toward that husband, the image of that girl was changing into a more adult one, freer in expression, and their relationship also in the image was being adjusted. He seemed to be waiting from her for greater looseness, and when she behaved like a little one, it angered him and constrained him. I understood that it even seems he was that guy about whom I spoke at the beginning of the session, that he appeared in the image. How it affected the relationship with my husband - he stopped confusing me as if, there is no longer the feeling that he is “leading” me, confusing me. By the way, I made a plan, there is self-care every day (at least a little) and dances in perspective, when I can include them into the routine ☺️

Oh yes, also the eyes stopped hurting, after in the session we pulled a lot of everything out of them. There were many occasions when they usually hurt, but here no. Only a couple of times I caught tension and that is all.

I went through the practice “Inner Marriage” with Olya. My process took two sessions. Olya leads very delicately and sensitively, which creates a trusting and pleasant atmosphere.
